The people behind the vans
We are a family business from Hyannis. When you call, you talk to us, and the people who quote your job are the ones who make sure it gets done right.
Ivani leads the company and has been taking care of Cape Cod homes and businesses for more than twenty years. Every client is treated like family.
Gustavo runs the crews and the vans on the road. If our van is in your driveway, he planned the job and checks that it's done right.
Jullie is usually the first person you talk to. She handles quotes, scheduling and makes sure every visit is booked the way you want it.

What areas do you serve?
All of Cape Cod from Bourne to Wellfleet, plus the South Shore (Plymouth, Duxbury, Hingham, Quincy, Braintree) and Boston. Use the town checker above, or just ask. We travel for larger jobs.
Do you clean windows inside and out?
Yes. Inside and out, including screens, tracks and sills. We also clean storefront windows for businesses on a two- or four-week schedule.
How do you price a job?
Every house is different, so we give a free estimate. Send the quote form or text us a few photos and we reply the same business day with a price or a time to come see it.
Can you do inside and outside on the same visit?
Yes, that is what makes us different. One crew can do the house cleaning, windows, gutters and washing on the same day, so you only open the door once.
I'm not on the Cape year-round. Can you still help?
Yes. With the Home Care Plan we open the house in spring, check in mid-summer and close it in the fall. We send photos after every visit, and we can work with your caretaker or property manager.
Is soft washing safe for cedar shingles?
Yes. Soft washing uses low pressure and the right cleaner, so it removes mildew and gray staining without blasting the wood.
How often should gutters be cleaned on the Cape?
At least twice a year: in spring and in late fall after the leaves drop. Homes under oaks or pines often need a third cleaning.

Yes. We are a family-owned company based in Hyannis and have been in business since 2002.
